Internal Audit Management
For Internal audits to be a benefit to your company, not a busy-work
headache, they must be done regularly, consistently, and professionally.
When this is not possible with internal resources, your Internal
Audits should be outsourced. Continuing with a broken system
will only hurt the reputation of the documented Management
System making compliance and benefits from registration harder
and harder to obtain.
Depending upon the resources you have available and your
specific needs we have three service level options to choose
from.
Turnkey
With this service level Clydesdale will act as your Internal Audit
coordinator and staff. We will perform all of your Internal Audits,
manage your schedule, perform follow-up audits, provide consulting
assistance where appropriate, maintain all documentation, and meet
with the Registrar during registration and surveillance audits as
appropriate.
Coordinator
With this service level, Clydesdale will act as your Internal Audit
coordinator. We will manage your internal audit schedule, work with
your Internal Audit staff to complete audits, perform some audits
ourselves, maintain all documentation, and meet with the registrar
during surveillance audits as appropriate.
Guidance
With this level of service, Clydesdale will monitor the activities
of your Internal Audit Coordinator and Audit Staff, participate in
audits with your staff to provide training and oversight, and
participate in surveillance audits as necessary. Clydesdale can
also assist you in the development of internal audit tools such as
an audit report, checklist, and procedure to maximize the effectiveness
and efficiency of your Internal Audits. |
